The mission of Erin Mills United Church is to be a "Growing community of faith that offers opportunities for all persons to experience the love of God through Jesus Christ."

 The Great Commandment of Jesus is foundational to our life together: "Love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbour as ourselves."

To make this real in this congregation:

We believe God welcomes all people - of whatever age, race, religious background, sex, sexual orientation, economic condition, mental or pysical ability.

We seek to provide a safe place, where all can be themselves, without harassment, abuse or judgment.

We anticipate that by God's Spirit we will be transformed and grow - in faith, knowlsedge, love and generosity.

As a community, we hope that all will lead and all are led, all give and all receive, all search and all find, and acknowledge that all fail and all are forgiven.

The gifts of each and all are valued.

We are led to action by the hope that Christ's love will become real for all and that God's shalom reign will come to fruition for all people, creatures, and creation.
